Blast 28 – 28 miles (approx. 1620ft climbing)

If you are not familiar with cycling in the Vale of Belvoir, then you are in for a treat.  The country lanes are very quiet and the villages and scenery are pretty and varied.  This route will provide the challenge of a few of the iconic local hills and will take you on some of the less well travelled roads in the Vale.  Enjoy the chance to refuel and recharge at our ‘Piece of Cake’ feed station at 15 miles.

Note…just in case you were wondering,  this is a different route from our ‘Belles of Belvoir’ event held in June.

Blast 58 – 58 miles (approx. 2800ft climbing)

This ride heads out on the same route as the 26 miler and passes the same ‘Piece of Cake’ feed-station at 15 miles. At 18 miles, in Knipton, you will peel away and head South East towards your second feed-station near Buckminster. Heading back through the quiet roads of the Western side of the Vale of Belvoir, you will cycle through picturesque Colton Bassett, home of Stilton cheese, before returning to Hose.

Blast 100 – 100 miles (approx. 5050ft climbing)

This challenging 100 mile route takes you through the tranquil Vale of Belvoir and down to the rolling countryside to the South of Rutland Water.  You will have the option to stop at any of our three ‘Piece of Cake’ feed-stations en route. Whether this is your first century or are a regular 100 miler, this ride is sure to leave you with a smile on your face.
